FORNAV pricing update – July 2025

Peppol Plus

We are happy to announce, with immediate effect, the option to buy our Peppol Plus app from Microsoft AppSource as a separate offering. This includes the option to send and receive Peppol documents directly from Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Cloud. The price is EUR 950 (or equivalent, as per individual pricing overviews) per year for an unlimited number of users; or EUR 95 for a monthly subscription. There is no “per user” offering.

Using FORNAV with the Peppol Network is based on “fair usage” consumption. This is defined as executing 1000 documents (to or from the Peppol Network) per month. If the number of documents exceeds this, FORNAV reserves the right to invoice for additional usage.

Peppol will continue to be included in the FORNAV all-in-one pricing for an unlimited number of users. Customers on a FORNAV “per user” pricing who would like to use our Peppol solution can choose to move to “unlimited”, or they can buy the Peppol Plus app as described above.

Update of the yearly enhancement fee for FORNAV OnPrem licenses

The FORNAV strategy has always been to follow the Microsoft pricing structure. Consequently, in alignment with Microsoft, we are adjusting the prices of our yearly enhancement for customers with a one-time fee (perpetual) on-premises license. Effective from October 1, 2025, pricing for the upgrade fee/yearly enhancement will increase by 1%, from 19% to 20%. The enhancement will still be calculated on the customer’s original purchase price of the license. This change will impact the customer’s first renewal after September 30, 2025.

FORNAV Cloud

In accordance with Microsoft, we are adjusting our prices on the FORNAV Cloud offering. We are continuing our efforts to add additional features to the FORNAV offering. Most recently, we have added ZUGFeRD and XRechnung, enhanced HTML support, File Service and Peppol integration – just to mention a few. The price adjustment will be slightly different from country to country, as we are adjusting for some currency fluctuations at the same time.
