FORNAV yearly enhancement fee update, effective October 1, 2026

As in previous years, Microsoft is adjusting its Service Plan price, increasing it from 20% to 21%, effective October 1, 2026.

FORNAV has consistently aligned its yearly enhancement fee with the Microsoft Service Plan pricing. Therefore, the yearly enhancement fee for FORNAV customers with a perpetual on-premises license will also increase from 20% to 21%, effective October 1, 2026.

The yearly enhancement fee will continue to be calculated based on the customer’s original license purchase price. The new rate will apply from the customer’s first renewal after September 30, 2026.
Staying current with the yearly enhancement gives perpetual license customers continued access to key benefits, including:

• Access to all new FORNAV releases and updates.
• The ability to purchase additional FORNAV users.
• Access to FORNAV support through your Microsoft Dynamics partner.
• The option to upgrade to the FORNAV Cloud subscription with a 30% discount during the first three years.
• Continued alignment with the Microsoft Service Plan model and benefits.

All other FORNAV prices remain unchanged.
