Use template text in a document header or footer
In FORNAV Personalized Content, you have the option to create text templates with text replacements.

You can easily add this content on FORNAV documents by adding a temporary Text Template data item or record. The FORNAV temporary table code will render the text replacements and split the text into smaller, manageable chunks so they can be printed across multiple pages.
In some cases, this splitting is not desirable, for instance if you want to print the text in a document footer or header. In this case, you still want to render the text replacements but without splitting up the text.
For this scenario, we have added a Keep Original Formatting option. To use this option, you add a record or data item, specify the Link Reference as usual (for example, Header), and set Temporary (and Auto Populate for data items) to True. To prevent the text from being split, you need to filter “Keep Original Formatting” with the constant value true.

Finally, you can use your text field anywhere in your report.

Note: It is best practice to not place long text in a footer section. Footer sections with a lot of text can have a negative effect on the number of lines you can print on an invoice.
