ForNAV stores data about customers and contacts to be able to invoice and provide support to customers. This information is stored in Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Dynamics NAV in a Microsoft Azure environment. ForNAV employees only have access to this information as required to perform their daily tasks.

Customers can, at any time, request to have contact information removed from our files by sending an e-mail to: info(at) However, we need to comply with the Danish Accounting Law (in Danish “Bogføringsloven”), which requires us to keep invoice and accounting information in its original form for 5 years.

Human resource information, including unsolicited applications, are stored only with individual approval.
