Announcing FORNAV 8.2

We are happy to announce the general availability of FORNAV 8.2.

At FORNAV, we strive to listen to our partners’ suggestions and needs. With FORNAV 8.2, we’ve made both small and larger improvements to ensure you always get more from your FORNAV solution.

The main highlights of FORNAV 8.2. include:

• Support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central 2026 release wave 1 (BC28).
• New and improved FORNAV Personalized Content capabilities.

• Direct Print Process Isolation, ensuring that print job fails won’t disrupt other documents printing from Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

• Direct Print Stay in Memory, keeping the client-print program running after the first print job, ensuring that new documents are automatically picked up and printed without the need to restart the program for each job.

• Azure DevOps and source control improvements:
  • Redesigned Source Control tool, improved support for GitHub and new Azure DevOps remote repositories, fully extendible to support other remote repository systems.
  • Improvements to the Git workflow, including better remote change detection, improved branching, and an updated file difference view.
